Peak Milk Powder

Peak powdered milk or dried milk is a manufactured dairy product made by evaporating milk to dryness. One purpose of drying milk is to preserve it; milk powder has a far longer shelf life than liquid milk and does not need to be refrigerated. Peak powdered/dry milk is ideal wherever fresh milk is not a viable option

Preparation and use

Peak Powdered/Dry Milk can be used the same way evaporated milk and regular milk are used. It can be used with meals like cereal, tea, coffee and porridge.  Other things you can make with it are condensed milk, whipping cream, ice cream, Yogurt and whatever regular milk can do.
